These are the humorous musings of a guy starting to get a little older and being realistic about it, trying to have fun in life while still setting good example for his three-year old daughter, and living up to his expectations of himself and while keeping a humorous outlook at life. The hospital gown that won't close in the back? The nurse who didn't tell him everything he might need to know about laxatives? A dentist who uses his feet for leverage while doing a tooth extraction? Just another day!

Unexpectedly funny!

This is a book I never would have read If I was not already familiar with the author's work. But, because I love his "Savvy Stories," I thought I'd buy this audiobook to listen to for a long drive. I'm glad I did, I was laughing all the way to my appointment.
The narrator did an excellent job. His performance only added to the humorous story.
Highly recommend.
