I've waiting a LONG time for an audiobook about Boris Karloff. I was super excited to get this one. After Ten minutes I had to shut it off. So disappointed. The narration is GOD AWEFUL and ALMOST as irritating as Cathy Dobson. Please rerelease this book with Scott Brick, Stephen Hoye, or Robertson Dean narrating. PLEASE

One of the best Actor Biographies I've read so far! Patrick Kilpatrick's Book is a no hold barred knock out punch, not your run of the mill bio, he holds nothing back. One of Hollywood's greatest character actors delivers in his part one memoir, can't wait for part 2!!

Everything this narrator says is read with a dopey tone that makes me want to shut the book off. Kings content is too interesting even for this guy to ruin but he is ANNOYING. Here's a hint, not every line needs a snarky or mocking tone.

Myth is correct

This book is full of incorrect statements about Martial Arts, Fighting (which I highly doubt the author has done ANY of aside from maybe some bs tae kwon do sparring) and Bruce Lee who the author quite obviously does not like. Do not bother with this. This guy is part of the problem we have with Martial Arts today.

Excellent Book, couldn't stop listening. Narrator was great however O feel didn't need to try to mimic a Texas drawl, that took a little getting used to. If your trying to copy an accent it never sounds quite right, that would be my only issue and its a tiny one
