It explains well about Third eye awakening along with the other techniques that will improve myblife. In here, I learn how to balance my chakras and why it is important. I know here that third eye chakra is found between the eyebrows. It encircles the pineal gland, lower section of the brain, head and eyes. It is an energy field that we can use to tap into what we can't smell, hear, feel, taste or see. I enjoy listening to this audiobook.
