Historia
Felix and Lane are struggling with just how boring a "normal" life is, so when they get a chance to jump into action, they do so without a second thought - especially since they're offered a lot of money. The request is simple: find a way to retrieve a watch from police custody. But things are never as easy as they seem. Suddenly, they're caught in the middle of a family feud that could turn deadly. But no matter what, through kidnappings, car chases, and cooking mishaps, Felix knows that as long as Lane is by his side, they will find a way to set things right.

Awesome

much better than book 2. It had moments that made me laugh, roll my eyes of the ridiculous events and some made me want to cry.

Cute and silly
Revisado: 04-11-23
It’s not a master piece of literature and it’s the same story already told a million times but with a tiny twist, it’s a silly and adorable romance between a nerdy twink obsessed with sci fi and an alien law enforcement officer. The secondary characters are all likable but a bit of stereotypes, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review it’s because the best friend was a double stereotype in an almost bad way, I couldn’t decide if I hated or loved him. it comes across a bit insulting for those of us who are also gay Latinos, Looking forwards to see where they are headed hopefully the best friend character will be less annoying since he has a lot of potential.

Historia
Rich socialite, inveterate flirt, and walking disaster Tennalhin Halkana can read minds. Tennal, like all neuromodified “readers,” is a security threat on his own. But when controlled, readers are a rare asset. Not only can they read minds, but they can navigate chaotic space, the maelstroms surrounding the gateway to the wider universe. Conscripted into the military under dubious circumstances, Tennal is placed into the care of Lieutenant Surit Yeni, a duty-bound soldier, principled leader, and the son of a notorious traitor general. Whereas Tennal can read minds, Surit can influence them.

The world has been saved; life is beautiful and everyone loves and appreciates the hero, even though they have put him in some godforsaken place. To keep him safe, or so they say.... But it's too boring there! Only at first glance, however, because entertainment can be found anywhere and the street phase of the world tournament, Battle of the Champions, is just the right thing to pass the time, especially if some divine gifts are taken into consideration, which, regardless of his unique strategic and tactical talent, seriously complicate his life.

Pokemon Go with guns. Good enough to listen while doing chores or working but not something I could just sit down and listen. Unlike the 2 previous books, this one didn’t fully grab my attention, my mind kept wondering and I kept having to go back a few minutes because I didn’t pay attention to things happening in the story.

Historia
The Grand Hotel is a horror novel by esteemed best-selling author Scott Kenemore ( Zombie, Ohio) that takes the reader on a thrilling ride through an interconnected series of stories narrated by the desk clerk and the residents of the hotel itself. And while it is not known whether or not the desk clerk is actually the devil incarnate, it is strange that so many visitors who come for a tour of the hotel have a way of never leaving.

Really enjoyed it

I started listening to this with very low expectations, I was surprised how wrong I was. I loved most of the stories, well narrated and emotional at times.

Historia
Dan’s first tournament may have ended, but life goes on. His luck is still with him in his regular life as well, and it seems to be endless. However, he is surrounded by very smart people, and surely one of them is going to start doubting his talents, at least a bit? Especially now, with a new game about to start. The latest foes are even more dangerous than the last and the rules are still unfamiliar to him. Dan wonders how reasonable the rules are in the first place. Is it really possible to take a competition that lasts a couple of hours at most seriously?

Not bad, not as entertaining as the first one but good enough to finish the entire thing while doing something else.
