I enjoyed the plot and storyline

I am not sure I agree with the authors vision in regards to Ghosts and the afterlife.. but it doesn't take away tobmuch from the overall story

I didn't get even 1/2 way, I don't mind light bdsm, but this was a lot more then that,, I wanted to fast forward to the part where they find out Dylan was not the original person they thought they were chatting with, but I decided to just delete the story

The author left out some really prominent people from ohio that were female.. Like. Irma bomback or Halle Berry

Well, it was obvious that the author had no problem spending a good portion of one chapter on Lebron James, he didn't even mention famous women such as erma bombeck or Halle Berry.

I have never been so disappointed by an ending

.I hate that ive wasted years of my life on these books.. I am so unhappy with the ending..I don't care if this is the last book or if there is 10 more..I will Never waste my hard earned money on another book by Janet.. you have done such a gut punch to independent women...thanks for nothing...

I want to start by saying the book was a waste of my money.. I loved the beginning. the End was alright..but there is no story..there's so much left out..I will not waste my money on anything else by this author

The conversations were well written

The only reason I did not give This story five stars. Is simply because it left me with questions. If a part two was to come out I would probably go back and give this story five stars.. I want to know how.
The relationship wis handled at the end. I want to know where they're going to live. If Alfie gets more cooking time with his mum. how is Alfie as a father with Fens influence. how Kevin handled their relationship.. I love when I get invested in characters and I definitely did with these two.. I have to say alexis hall is one of my favorite authors.. I don't think i've ever read a book By this author that I don't want to read Again.. I also like when there is mentions of characters From her other Stories.

perfect mix, of sweet, funny and angst

I seem to like everything Alexis Hall writes.. I am an American who doesn't get lost in the different lingo. but I just get swept up in the story..even the predictable parts are well written. even though there's a few times where the story gets wordy, it doesn't even matter. it enhances the story and the understanding of the characters..

fell flat at end

I was disappointed by the change in gabes mom's accent. and why did the sisters have an accent. most kids born of immigrants living in America have.less of the foreign dialect, that their parents have.
I look forward to Josh's snark and what had rubbed off on Gabe. but the story became hard to sort out at the end. and the drama of the vacay and the motive became hard to believe ( she was once in a relationship with someone she didn't recognize just a few tears later.) It's the first time I felt the Author rushed the ending for a deadline or something.. and wheres the rest of the story..5 kids and we don't get anymore of our beloved characters....

I love these characters. and laughing out loud..

Michael Ferraiuolo did an amazing job as always. Alice, I was so excited to see this audible. I was having a depressing beginning to the new year, and Leland and his crew of misfits had me smiling and laughing out loud at work. I can't wait to see more about Waylons' time with Leland and Jackson. i almost peed myself laughing with the boating part.. I rewound the audio to listen to Jackson's description again. This is a series I hope Alice continues for a long time..
