Historia
Chief of police Tristan Church likes Marsville just the way it is. He has his job and his police dog, Fuzz, for company. He could have Sheriff Skylar Morgan, too, but she’s determined to keep him at arm’s length, even if the one night they shared was unforgettable. Skylar can’t deny that the connection she has with Tristan is unlike anything she’s ever felt before. She loves Marsville, but while most of the town is happy with her as Sheriff, it’s been a long, hard road proving herself.

Two great cops!
Revisado: 12-21-23
it was a relatable story, and it was about a strong female character who has some self doubt. With a male character that is just as strong without trying to dominate the female. Having the characters want to protect each other .. made for a very enjoyable story.

Historia
James Dommek, Jr., an Alaska Native writer and musician, sheds new light on a real-life mystery that pits Native American folklore against the US justice system. In the vast Alaskan Arctic, legend has it there once lived a mythic tribe—Iñukuns—that only existed in rumors and whispers. This changed forever when an actor-turned-fugitive, Teddy Kyle Smith, had an encounter that brought Iñukuns from myth to reality. Smith was an aspiring actor with a promising career until it all came quickly crashing down with a gunshot, a manhunt, bloodshed, and other frightful events.

Wow, what a story!
Revisado: 02-01-20
I hadn't heard this story before, so this was VERY enlightening! As a Native American myself, this really hit home on a lot of points. I'm also in the criminal justice profession, so that made it double interesting for me. Listen then reach your own conclusions.

Historia
This quintessential coming-of-age novel describes the early life of Stephen Dedalus. It is set in Ireland during the 19th century, which was a time of emerging Irish nationalism and conservative Catholicism. Highly autobiographical in nature, the work is also notable for its being the first one in which Joyce uses innovative “stream of consciousness” writing style. A Portrait... follows Stephen Dedalus from his babyhood into early adulthood.

WONDERFUL preformance

Colin Farrell did an outstanding job! The story is a bit hard to follow, but that is James Joyce's style. Just keep forging ahead and eventually it will ALL come together

Sparks best book yet!
Revisado: 01-11-20
This story touched me. I love all of Sparks books, but this one I think is his best so far. Being from NC mys3lf and knowing where the story takes place, it just adds a depth that really puts the reader into the story.

Historia
With all of the pluck and charm of its eponymous young hero, Rachel McAdams (The Notebook, Spotlight, Midnight in Paris) delivers a spectacular reading of Montgomery's beloved bildungsroman. In moments both funny and bittersweet, McAdams' voice is imbued with the spark that has made Anne a much-loved symbol of individualism and cheer for over a century.

Great story
Revisado: 08-28-15
Would you listen to The Legender again? Why?
Yes, I love Scott Ehredt's voice and how he creates the characters within the story. It's so easy to listen and get caught up in the world that Jason Link has created.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I have to say the blue stone, I know that won't make sense till you read it, but I think the character of the blue stone is fascinating!
Have you listened to any of Scott Richard Ehredt’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No I haven't, but can't wait to get another book he's read and listen! :)
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Follow the Legender into a world of Fantasy and Danger and Thrills!
Any additional comments?
I liked the story and it definitely will draw you into this world that Jason Link has created. You can picture the landscape and all the dangers from his descriptions, but Scott Ehredt brings it to life.
