it's ok for what it is

the main character seems like a robot thru the whole book until hes needed to do something smart for a plot point. also I was hopong for more with euryale not just the damsle in distress for so long plus ahe fell in love way to fast

the ending to me was bitter sweet. i wont spoil it but dam it the world just isnt fair and i wish it was i got alittle to invested in these characters I guess but
i feel like i wanted more out of the last bit.
it had me.hooked through the whole thing i would recommend this series to friends for sure.
