More of a motivational book
Revisado: 12-06-24
The narration and writing were good and it was easy to follow, but if you're like me and are looking for more solution oriented book to the struggles of adhd life this isn't exactly what you are looking for. Although this is the case, this book is extremely educational. it has helped me greatly to realize where I stand as pertains to adhd and brought awareness to me where I had believed lines of thinking or behaviors were normal/universal but in fact we're not. There are good tips throughout, and I recommend the read for both people whom want to learn more about themselves as pertains to the disorder (which this book is perfect for) and those like me who are looking for tangible solutions to are problems. Although the stratrategies and coping mechanisms listed in this book are few, I've found them to be very effective so far.
