If someone wanted to over complicate "Just do it!" it would be this book.

There a few things of worth in this book past the first chapter. Every point you are given is endlessly repeated without any additional value being added. Occasionally the book provides some falsity or horribly misleading information to prove its points. Such bull shit as claiming medical advice from professionals, especially in the cognitive behavioral and psychiatric fields, to be ignored as a barrier to ones unleashed self.
The audio quality and reading is not bad, but the overly of music on the introduction and conclusion of every chapter is unbelievably tacky.
For any artist who picked up this book looking for guidance, I'm sorry you went through that, and even more so if you believed it without any scepticism.
A book that far set passes this one would be Art And Fear by David Bayles and Ted Orland.

information in this book can be found in countless other places. Other books for example talk about very similar content, and much more. this book is missing the much more.
