good story to much filler

I like the story the characters, the only issue for me is when the main character goes over her stats, it goes on for multiple chapters, one of the time she going over them seems to go on for well over an hour. I like stats and hearing about skill options but it's to much and kept on bringing me out of the story.

Don't like Zach

The author is good at world building, I like most of the characters. I will start of by saying I am only half through the second book. My issuse with Zach is that he's a character with ideals but will follow people or groups that go against them for stability, or the so called greater good. For me that's fine for a side character, and hard to pull off for a mc. As for characters like Ryun justified or not he sticks to his ideals, that being said I didn't like Ryun during the first half of book 1.

Interesting concept but crappy main characters. Brad supposed to be ex military and gamer. He doesn't seem to understand very basic game concepts like his map, inventory, or menu. I can understand his is reluctant to hunt people or animals in a modern civilization but not in his current situation. He is constantly looking down on everyone who doesn't share his views.

dudes, an idiot

world interesting, performance is good. But the main character is an idiot who's led around by his dick. the type of character who gets something in his head that is wrong and won't change his mind until it slaps in the face. It's still a fun book, though.

Abby is the mc for this book, mainly focusing on her morals and how she views those around her. Hope the story going forward is more like the first book in the way situations were handled.

he's an asshole

I had a hard time trying to get through this book. Their no connection to the main character no real understanding of him. yes his daughter dies but their is no real weight to it, he will occasionally say I'm doing this for her. He is evil for the sake of being evil the character isn't charming or charismatic their nothing to him.

The narrator tim reynolds does an amazing job. The rest of if doesn't feel right, hears what I mean. It seems that all the story that goes on outside of the character's view is more interesting than what they are doing. The way that the love aspects of the story was handled felt off since I don't want to spoil anything I'll leave it their.
