I don't understand why Audible doesn't put out the monthly version of F&SFas an audible book. I would buy it.

Trying to get through the series
Revisado: 04-30-10
I loved this series initially - but now i don't know. It's starting to feel the same book after book. Maybe I just need to take a break and come back to it.

These are really great. We had them in the car and listened to them about 1,000 times without going insane.
Different than the PBS cartoon - but better.

Historia
Most people believe that the best way to motivate is with rewards like money - the carrot-and-stick approach. That's a mistake, says Daniel H. Pink (author of To Sell Is Human: The Surprising Truth About Motivating Others). In this provocative and persuasive new book, he asserts that the secret to high performance and satisfaction - at work, at school, and at home - is the deeply human need to direct our own lives, to learn and create new things, and to do better by ourselves and our world.

Historia
In 1989 Ken Follett astonished the literary world with The Pillars of the Earth, set in 12th-century England. Readers and listeners ever since have hoped for a sequel. At last, here it is. Although the two novels may be listened to in any order, World Without End also takes place in Kingsbridge, two centuries after the townspeople finished building their exquisite Gothic cathedral. The cathedral is again at the center of a web of love and hate, greed and pride, ambition and revenge.

Is this the one that Oprah liked?
Revisado: 11-12-09
I usually hate to read a book that the rest of the world is reading but I started this on a paperback and actually switched back and forth between the book and the audio depending on my mood. It's a great book - but not my favorite.
