Historia
Rule #1: Never get involved with someone who won't be there for you when the sun comes up. Once bitten, twice shy, and sexy PI Jackie Morrisey wasn't going there again. Vincent Argeneau may be the hottest guy she's ever met, living or dead, but she's here to stop a killer from turning this vampire into dust, not to jump into bed with him.

Really enjoyable
Revisado: 01-16-25
I really got into this one in comparison to the previous book. The story kept me interested and enganged! I had no problem with the narrator infact I could actually listen to her and not zone out. I want to multitask and the pace didn't distract me.

Historia
Nobody does vampire romance quite like Lynsay Sands! Tall, Dark & Hungry is the fourth book in her insanely popular Argeneau vampire series—and she brilliantly blends laughter with steamy passion in this story about a British lass who falls hard for a tasty immortal in-law she meets when she crosses the ocean to attend a cousin’s New York wedding. Paranormal romance is hot, hot, hot! And Lynsay Sands is not only one of the pioneer authors of this subgenre…she’s one of the very best!

It was okay
Revisado: 01-14-25
I was searching for something similar to Bad Luck Vampire from the same series with a bit of good humor and I read the reviews of this but I don't think it delivered based on what I was expecting. The story was alright, I didn't laugh at any part at all. It is a good light story to pass time.

Historia
Alasdair MacKenzie has never once considered himself unlucky in all the centuries he’s been an immortal rogue enforcer. Not until he meets Sophie. Finding the beautiful, smart, and funny woman who is his life mate is great luck, actually. But meeting her at a wedding full of Argeneaus, not to mention his own busybody uncles determined to “help him claim his woman,” is bad luck. And the fact that Sophie is someone else’s date? Well that’s just the next level of unlucky.

Lovely
Revisado: 12-18-24
Definitely worth listening. Rather to the shorter side of the books I listen usually, but totally worth it. Good humor, I laughed uncontrollably at some points. Interesting, funny and spicey. I loved the VA for this, she nailed the accents and the different voices. Worth it!

Historia
Everyone expected Violet Sorrengail to die during her first year at Basgiath War College – Violet included. But Threshing was only the first impossible test meant to weed out the weak-willed, the unworthy, and the unlucky. Now the real training begins, and Violet’s already wondering how she’ll get through. It’s not just that it’s grueling and maliciously brutal, or even that it’s designed to stretch the riders’ capacity for pain beyond endurance. It’s the new vice commandant, who’s made it his personal mission to teach Violet exactly how powerless she is – unless she betrays the man she loves.

It tried but again didn't deliver
Revisado: 07-15-24
The story is pretty amazing but the delivery felt very off. Having listened to the single narrator version, I have to say that it was much better. I highly recommend it. They didn't make it coherent this time, a lot of cutout content and while the actors are amazing (like in the first book dramatization), I think some moments fell short. Especially the background music at certain scenes was so unfitting. It is a little bit better than the first part tho but still not the production I was waiting for.

Overall good but something is lacking
Revisado: 06-03-24
I fell in love with the fourth wing dramatized audiobooks, I rarely had a moment of spacing out and I easily listened to them a couple times again. But there is something with this one a bit underwhelming. Even tho I know the whole story and I was still really excited, I feel this time it just didn't deliver. I will give it a chance again when the 2nd part becomes available.

Intense!!!
Revisado: 06-03-24
The story complimented by the performance, created such an intense emotional range in me! While I usually remain very composed, from a point on, I was just swept by the wave of emotions of the characters.. crying, dispairing, hoping, laughing...! Definitely worth it!!! Great experience.
