He took a crust of bread and dipped it into wine and put it to baby Armando's mouth, again, and again, and again. And in the morning, the crisis had passed. Armando had survived.

I was very excited to see that Papa, Eva and Me was on audio. Kierstin Valentine's does a wonderful job bringing this book to life. This is a charming walk down memory lane as the author recounts growing up visiting her grandfather and his second wife, Eva. On the surface, Papa and Eva are two argumentative and opinionated people. If one scratches the surface you see how they very much love their family.

Once again D.D. Black entertains with his writing prowess. He is able to imagine different reasons for people to do what they do and the FBI group assigned to catch them. Amber Sellers and Joe Temple bring life to these characters. I can't wait to see/hear what case the FBI group does next.

I have become addicted to these two. The way the story is written, the characters that are developed is amazing. You get so you feel like you know them. Add to that, Susan Ericksen's ability to give a voice to each of these characters makes this series even better. I have read and listened to this series numerous times.

Love this series. Creating a pack and choosing the right members is a difficult job for Tak. A bus load of candidates arrive at the newly formed pack territory in hopes of being chosen to join. Nicole Poole is an excellent narrator who's voice is able to paint the picture that Dannika Dark draws with her words. Together they have created a masterpiece.
