Historia
On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.

History and a story without too much supernatural
Revisado: 12-20-11
What made the experience of listening to 11-22-63 the most enjoyable?
The reader was awesome, even funny when the FBI agent sounds like WC Fields. Great characters, exhaustive historical preparation, and a very real ending.I applaud Stephen King for his interpretation of a historical conundrum. Bruce
Who was your favorite character and why?
Deke Simmons for being the real romantic.
What about Craig Wasson???s performance did you like?
He made the characters distinct, but he was most believable as Al.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
If you could change an event in history, would you?
Any additional comments?
The discussion by the author at the end is very insightful. Bruce

No preaching just action with twists
Revisado: 11-26-10
This is a great next step from the Gray Man. Mark Greaney does not make his characters nice guys or heroes, they just are. It is generally believable, and the reader makes it more believable the way he speaks for each character. I think this is a better audio book than when read, because of the intensity of his voice. Very hard to stop listening, always another dilemma.

Historia
Behind the well-known U.S. security organizations - the FBI and CIA among them - lies a heavily guarded, anonymous government agency dedicated to intelligence surveillance and to a highly specialized brand of citizen protection. Shock waves of alarm ripple through the clandestine agency when Washington, D.C., police detective Ryan Kessler inexplicably becomes the target of Henry Loving, a seasoned, ruthless “lifter” hired to obtain information using whatever means necessary.

Better narrator than expected

Bruce, Nebraska:
I had read early reviews criticizing the reader, I was pleasantly surprised. The reader represented the character, a reserved gamer, who outwardly shows little emotion. This is a terrific story and the reader helps you get into the character of "Cort".

A Unique Experience
Revisado: 06-14-09
The novel reads easily and it is impossible to separate the 15 different authors. To understand how this novel was constructed you need to listen to chapter 18. I enjoyed the twists in the plot, especially knowing each was the idea of another author. A primer for an emerging author.
