This was a totally different kind of book. Thoroughly enjoyable. Even some nuggets of wisdom. I wouldn’t say it is horror. At least not the scary kind of horror. I will be reading the author’s other works. Time well spent.

Better that the first. The series has become intriguing as the story line has developed. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. Jenn Lyons is something special.

This book didn't capture my attention, the character development of a dungeon just isn't that interesting.I think the one of the biggest drawbacks was the narrator, he is annoying. I won't be listening to anymore books in this series.

Not a continuation of the story line

I love this series and thought it would be a continuation of the story line but sadly it isn't. This story takes place only 3 years after Royce and Hadrian meet. It is still a good book and I enjoy it, it was a great escape and I did enjoy learning more of the characters back story.

Really enjoyable

I really enjoyed this book. Well writen and the narrator was great. This was my first glimpse into Russian folklore, I found it really interesting. I will be awaiting the next book in the series. If you have a problem with people doing shady things and hiding behind Christianity while they do it, this book probably isn't for you.

Horrible

What can I say besides this book sucks, and not in a good way. The writing is horrible. Within the first 5 minutes I could tell it was going to be bad. I tried to stick with it but I just cannot do it. This will be the first audio book that I will ask for a refund. I have listened to some bad books before but this one is HORRIBLE. I wish the reviewers would be honest about the book, just because you love vampires doesn't mean that a book is good. P.S- I even tried to fast forward to the sex scenes, but every time I would stop the book to listen, the interactions between the characters and the bad writing, would make me start fast forwarding again. The writing is so bad, I even gave up looking for the sexy parts. I will never purchase a book from this author again.

Simple but Fun

This was a simple but entertaining Whodunit. I like the angle of being broke and royal. I will be continuing on with the series. Just finished this one and have already purchased the next. I enjoyed all the characters and the story line.

Kate is Great

I really enjoy this story line. Every character is this story is a strong character. This book is a continuation of Kate Daniels struggle. She finally meets her father and she determines that her life should be hers and she should live it the way she wants and not how others want her to live. I think there is a moral in there somewhere.

I do not like BDSM stories. I have suffered through the first 2 in this series and cannot even finish this one. I really like Kresley Cole but this story line is terrible. Everything is weak, weak female character, weak story line, just plain weak. I couldn't even finish it.
