This is a great book to take research (and some Traditional Chinese Medicine now verified) main stream and accessible to everybody.
Lots of good advise and how-to including the self-assess.
Sure, those already on this path, there might now be much new information, but this is clearly meant for the rest of us to get our act together and stay well.

This is a great and very well documented book.
The fact that it has been written by a man only adds to his insightfulness and the validity of the topic.
This book ought to be part of every high school and college curriculum - if we are ever going to change the World - not just for women, but on every account that requires deep introspective and progressive thinking.
Jack Holland - I wish you were still alive so I could thank you in person!

One of the better books I have listened to in a long time

I have always loved elephants and this story brings such insight. Lawrence Anthony is one of those people I truly wish I had meet. The understanding he bring fourth is tremendous -- especially in the ever challenging subject of trophy hunting. I wholeheartedly agree with his opinion.
This is a journey to Thula Thula in Royal Zulu Land -- I was there every minute of the book.

Great retelling

Great retelling of events and stories I recently studied to teach my kids. I liked his insight and cross referencing. I liked how he drew parallels to current events and how history has shaped current conditions.
This is how I wish I could teach had I had all the knowledge!
