Could be an interesting book
Revisado: 03-13-21
I think my main disappointment with this book is that it could give so much more. But instead the author spends time and the attention of the reader on political correctness issues.
There are just five principles outlined in this book and the evidence and the details are lacking. I mean, it is alright to say that close-world networks are susceptible to cascading failures and amplification issues, but how exactly do you fix them? This is just one of the examples.
The book also gets into the "preaching" mode quite frequently: condemning the current state of affairs and stating how things "should be". I personally find it rather "taxing" to get through these preachings and get to the point of the argument.

We humans tend to get in our own way time and time again - whether it comes to not speaking up for ourselves, going back to bad romantic partners, our umpteenth diet, or engaging in any of a range of bad habits we just can’t seem to shake. In Rewire, renowned psychotherapist Richard O’Connor, PhD, reveals why our bad habits die so hard. We have two brains - one a thoughtful, conscious, deliberative self, and the other an automatic self that does most of the work without our attention.

Waste of time
Revisado: 08-21-16
If you want to listen to 10 hours of various ways you could be deranged, then please go ahead and buy this book. There are virtually no practical solutions, just a rehashing of a catalogue of possible self- destructing behaviors. Narration makes it even worse: at times it seems like the narrator just enjoys telling some real person life tragedy.

Had much higher expectations
Revisado: 04-20-13
Would you try another book from Mark Owen and Kevin Maurer and/or Holter Graham?
Well, probably no, I won't. Mark Owen isn't that great writer. As he himself confesses in this book he doesn't have a great sense of humour and thus his writing feels really "dry". Holter Graham's narration is solid, but it is the weak plot or a lack of it thereof which makes listening rather boring.
Would you be willing to try another book from Mark Owen and Kevin Maurer ? Why or why not?
No, I won't.
Did Holter Graham do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
It is an autobiography, so there weren't that many characters. In general, I think that the narration was OK.
Did No Easy Day inspire you to do anything?
No, it didn't.

The reconciliation of the main character after his long-awaited vendetta.
Which character – as performed by Jeff Gurner – was your favorite?

Original and Inspiring
Revisado: 04-20-13
What made the experience of listening to The Tao of Pooh the most enjoyable?
Frankly speaking, I am stunned. I have read Tao Te Ching, but barely understood anything, and this book came as a key for me. It actually inspired me not only to reread the aforementioned work, but also the adventures of the Pooh.
What other book might you compare The Tao of Pooh to and why?
Nothing comes to mind really - I haven't came across anything like this before.
Which scene was your favorite?
The final scene. Brilliant and captivating. In a sense nothing could possibly make a better culmination for this spiritual journey.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Laughed at lots of places.
Any additional comments?
I'd like to see more audiobooks by Benjamin Hoff at audible.com. So far this is the only work available.
