For The Love of Nursing
Revisado: 05-24-24
Every nurse, be they a student or seasoned nurse, should read this book. It is beautifully written and that it is factual, not fictional makes it even more endearing. Being a nurse myself, I found this book truly inspirational. I cried tears of joy learning how one of my Cherished Champions of Nursing, Lillian Wald began her humble journey in health care. It is because of Miss Wald that, for over 130 years, millions of New Yorkers have received the best Home Care provided. Her Legacy and Spirit of Love and Healing lives on, and again, with tears of pride and joy I can say, “Thanks to Lillian, I Am A Visiting Nurse!”
