Ce livre est une critique si précise de notre société que lorsque l’on lit l’actualité, on a du mal à distinguer ce qui nous sépare encore de Guérilla.
Au delà d’une histoire qui nous tient, la surprise de ce livre audio vient de la performance du lecteur, juste et de très grand qualité.

Read it, don’t listen to it!

This is a book to read, extremely well-documented but it contains a lot of long tables that the writer is reading qui robotically. It would have been better to be told to read the PDF. After few hours listening, I don’t want to hear more, I might buy and read the paper or kindle version.

I had no expectation when I downloaded this book but was pleasantly surprised. It gives a good idea about of Trader Joe story without unnecessary details, on top of that Mark Smeby performance is on point!
I strongly suggest it.

The overall content of the book is quite interesting and well-documented.
The production of the audiobook is disappointing. Apart from the monotonous « lecture », it’s unbelievable to launch a 18h audible about the Chinese Communist Party with the reader mispronouncing the name of 3 of the 5 chairmen.
It’s Xi JinpING not JinpIEN.
Deng XiaopING not XiaopIEN.
Jiang ZIming not JUming.

Repetitive in all the way possible!

This audiobook is short but still lacks so much content that the same things are constantly being repeated.
The performer also repeats the same sentence in a row which is usually followed by a clicking sound, I guess for a postproduction which never happened.
Apart from that, if you are already checking contents about Meal prep, don’t expect to learn anything new here.
Waste of time.
