What a rollercoaster- highly recommend!

This podcast touches almost every base of what a family is. How we can grow and help generations after us. I truly loved it. Learned about opioids, how depression affects so many people and not just the ones going thru it. It was truly amazing and raw. Highly recommend it!!

I learned a lot about Opioids, and the way it impacted this family. As well as how much your own sadness/depression touches so many people and generations after you. It reminded me of what my father always said, “it’s not just YOUR life, your decisions impact generations after yours”. Sounds like a lot of weight to carry but it’s true. The mind is powerful and if we stay positive, good things will come. You’ll accomplish what you want. It touches the sense of community and love too- this podcast is everywhere and in a good way! :,)
