Historia
Brandon Webb has run life-threatening missions in the world's worst trouble spots, whether that meant jumping out of airplanes, taking down hostile ships on the open sea, or rolling prisoners in the dead of night in the mountains of Afghanistan. As a Navy SEAL, he learned how to manage the natural impulse to panic in the face of terrifying situations. As media CEO and national television commentator, he has learned how to apply those same skills in civilian life.

slow start
Revisado: 09-03-18
It was a good audio book. I got it after finishing Extreme Ownership. I kept wondering "when will we get to the good stuff?" It started out slow and seemed like I personally was not going to get much out of it. About 25% through though the author broke things down and explained his system for working through and with your fears. It was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it. If it starts off slow for you like it did for me just give it a chance and listen to the entire book before passing judgement.

Historia
The inspiring, unlikely, laugh-out-loud story of how one woman learned to lead - and how she ultimately succeeded, not despite her many mistakes, but because of them. This is the story of how Kristen Hadeed built Student Maid, a cleaning company where people are happy, loyal, productive, and empowered, even while they're mopping floors and scrubbing toilets.

GREAT!
Revisado: 05-31-18
At first I wasn't sure if this was something for me. Mainly because when I heard how the author was talking about millennials and fluffy bunnies sounding things I was a little turned off. I couldn't have been more wrong! What's amazing about this book is its honesty! The author shares the "obviously" foolish mistakes she has made and how she was feeling before and after each one. It may seem like too much information but it really is a great way for us to relate about things that we are generally uncomfortable talking about. I am very happy with this purchase! I also was grateful for the author sharing other books she has read that have helped her as well. She doesn't just say "we made it work out" she explains HOW they made it work. I was only disappointed when I realized it was over!

Great information!

The information contained in this piece of work was very informative and is helping me on my journey to a healthier body. I expect a longer more fulfilled life. I only wish they had a similar better woman project focusing on uniqueness of the female body so I could share that with my wife. Perhaps they have that coming up soon.
