Leadership literature is full of principles and ideas - but they rarely leave the page. Practice is what turns abstract concepts into useful skills. Leadership Step by Step walks listeners through what to do and how to do it in an integrated and comprehensive progression of exercises designed to cultivate key abilities, behaviors, and beliefs through experience. The 22 exercises in this hands-on book help you accomplish the inner work and gain the social skills required for great leadership.

Leadership starts here… Step-by-step
Revisado: 04-02-17
This is the first book on leadership I have ever read that actually breaks down how to become a leader with the exercises, step-by-step, to become a stronger leader. I highly recommend this book only to the individuals willing to put in the work of developing their leadership. This is not about learning one new strategy or another new idea. This is about actually developing leadership. Thank you Josh

Dr. Joe and This Book is Timeless
Revisado: 12-28-16
I am so grateful for the opportunity to read this book. It has helped me come closer with myself, heal myself, and do the work on myself that I have been intending to do. The book is written in a very conversational style. Dr. Joe provides excellent examples that allow for incredible comprehension and apprehension of the data contained within. Additionally, he goes above and beyond the timeless value inside the book and offers plenty of resources for free. Thank you Dr. Joe. I love you

The Quality of Your Life Depends on...
Revisado: 10-25-16
This book! Seriously… My friends think I am a magician… The individuals I interact with on a daily basis have no idea how I am getting them to see the solution I want as their own… I have successfully used chris's phenomenal negotiation tactics in this book over and over and over again. This is far from manipulation… This is negotiation. Since October 2016, I have read this book four times and I am currently reading it a fifth time. Intertwined with amazing stories, real life applications, and big-time negotiation deals, are the tools you need to negotiate a greater quality of life… Because you should never split the difference on that. As Chris says in this book, we rise up to our level of preparation. The reason I have been able to apply these negotiation tactics successfully is due to my practicing them. You will get better and better. Read, practice, reread, practice, and repeat… Reading the comments, it seems like improving your negotiation skills is important to you. Is it a ridiculous idea one book on negotiation can have this great of an impact on your life? ……
