I like the title and hope he writes a full book. I like the short length of the episodes too. Gets to the point and gets his point across!

Entertaining and inspirational
Revisado: 12-29-15
Like LeBron said, it's hilarious. There's no doubt about that. I was laughing at both the Seal saga and Jesse's flashbacks. They become even funnier with Jesse reading the audiobook. (Generally, I love authors to read their own work.) But, there are more than a couple really thought-provoking, inspirational messages underneath. Just one--we don't really know our limits until we test them. OK, that doesn't sound so profound, but, after seeing it in action In the story, it takes on a new meaning. Who should read it? Anyone who wants to be entertained and inspired, and perhaps who is interested in physical exercise.

Most important book on health, lifestyle, diet you can read
Revisado: 12-23-15
I cannot heap enough praise on both the book and audiobook. The latter is particularly enjoyable, since you get the full effect of Dr. Greger's keen sense of humor as well as more fully appreciating his thought process. I have to admit, when I first heard him speak on a YouTube video I clicked on randomly, I found his voice a bit annoying, but I soon got over that, once I became excited by his message and entertained by his humor. Without fear of exaggeration, I can say that the publication of this book will be seen as a watershed event in the history of health in America, and, I hope, in the rest of the world. The dietary advice contained is worth literally billions of dollars in terms of real health benefits and life extension. The fact that Dr. Greger makes no money from it shows you immediately that he is doing this out of a spirit of passionate generosity. I urge everyone to read and/or listen and share with friends and loved ones. Bravo, Dr. Greger!
