Historia
The Akashic records, or the Book of Life, can be equated to the universe's supercomputer system that acts as the central storehouse of all information for every individual who has ever lived upon the earth. More than just a reservoir of events, the Akashic records contain every deed, word, feeling, thought, and intent that has ever occurred at any time in the history of the world. The Edgar Cayce verbatim readings on the Akashic records offer a rich resource for learning how to connect with and use knowledge from your own records to improve your life.

Soooo complicated

Thoroughly unenjoyable on a topic that fascinates me. I’d rather read about tax codes than continue listening to this book.

Historia
Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a 12-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now.

Worth a listen for sure

I will start with my only negative comment, and others might disagree. The narrator’s voice was so annoying that I was distracted from the book’s content at points. But that is my only complaint.
The information was very helpful. Things that we might know but might need to be reminded of, and strong tips on how to remember to do the things that make us more successful... and lots of measuring to make sure you’re doing it and getting progress
