There’s a part in the book about greeting the day slowly, like nature does. So I started going outside every morning just to sit for 10 minutes before doing anything else. It’s become something I look forward to every day. That one simple idea changed how I start each morning.

I learned that second-guessing myself is a common struggle with ADHD. The author gave practical ideas for learning to trust your own choices, and it’s something I’m trying to apply little by little.
