Historia
Irenaeus was an early Christian writer who gives us great insight into primitive Christian theology and doctrine. His words are wise and filled with the grace of God. Truly an important father of the faith, many Christians today are ignorant of his works and of other early Christians like him. This piece of literature is actually a collection of fragments from his writings that have been found. The hungry soul should be truly blessed while listening to this marvelous book by such a great man of God!

Not as good as the show
Revisado: 11-18-19
I loved the show the Expanse, so I thought the book would be great. It’s surprisingly less involved than the show. You would expect the opposite. But this book is not detailed enough to do the story justice. There is a lot of potential but I’m afraid it doesn’t cut it.

"A BRIEF HEARTBEAT"
Revisado: 07-29-18
"For a brief heartbeat," "for a pair of heartbeats," "for a long heartbeat," "for a short heartbeat," ..... the same painful phrase used in every paragraph. To the point you can predict it. It makes it painful to listen to. Use that phrase once or twice in the book and it's good writing; use it in darn-near every sentence and you appear unimaginative. Also the C'baoth voice is abrasive and the attempt at Wookie language is unbearable to listen to. The actual story of this trilogy isn't bad but the writing and performance ruin it. It was not worth listening to. Read the title of my review and you've heard the whole book anyway. Sorry for the spoilers.

Not at all what i expected
Revisado: 11-07-17
This was not a story of jedi battles and sith conflicts as you might expect from the Plaguise book. There were only a few battles/conflicts in this entire 14&1/2 hour story. The rest is people talking politics. Yes, it gives a great view as to what leads up to Episode 1, and even 2, but it was just so painfully unexciting that i could not get into it. If you want a star wars story with jedi, sith, and a plot that makes you want to listen to the whole book in one sitting, then listen to Revan. If you want to hear senators and Banking Clan "financiers" talking, then this is the book for you. And i think im gonna explode if i hear the phrase "a long moment" one more time.

A Jedi who left Coruscant to defeat Mandalorians - and returned a disciple of the dark side, bent on destroying the Republic. The Jedi Council gave Revan his life back, but the price of redemption was high. His memories have been erased. All that’s left are nightmares - and deep, abiding fear.

Amazing!!!!!
Revisado: 10-01-17
Loved this book. Great story and it is very well written. I could picture it in great detail. Started it over as soon as I finished!! It is a great complement to the game if you played Knights of the Old Republic. I would have liked the narrator to pronounce things correctly, such as Bastilla and Coruscant. And the lightsaber battle sound effects are extremely repetitive and recognizable, and were also used in the Deceived audiobook haha
