This book is my conversations with students compiled and stylized for easy consumption. I often discuss with young black and brown enthusiasts about their plan for success and a successful future. After 13 years of teaching in Chicago, recognizing the absence of African American men in education I wanted to make my conversations accessible to every student. Every where. We discuss the thought processes needed to overcome strife, the need for constant growth and development, the importance of reflection, and the necessity of community.

This book spoke of Mr. Agyarko's personal journey from teen through adult years and how he introspectively examed himself (strengths, weaknesses and opportunities) and created ways to better improve and guide himself. Gifting this read to any teen through adult will help them relate to their current struggles, provide ways to self-reflect and develop organizational, networking and leadership opportunities for future growth in personal and career endeavors!
