Wonderful book and narration

We’ll done. This is one of my favorite Zane Grey books and Pete Bradbury doesn’t an excellent job of narrating. Excellent voice!

Historia
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.

The best book narrated by the best!
Revisado: 11-14-17
I have read and listened to this book 3 times. The last 3rd time was a month ago in preparation for the 3rd book, "Oathbringer." There is no doubt that Brandon Sanderson is the best epic fantasy writer in this day and age. This book has a fantastic story line as well as a great flow. The first time it was hard to stop or put it down.
And Kate and Michael bring this book to life. I know without them this book stands on it's own, but there are no better narrators than these two for this book.
Thank you so much for carrying on with the 2nd and now the 3rd book in this epic series!

Awesome book! Not the right audio though.
Revisado: 12-31-14
I thoroughly enjoyed the first book of this series, including the audio version. However, Sue Pitken did not seem right for me in this second book. She has a pleasant voice until she attempted to speak in a man's voice and then it felt like finger nails scratching a chalkboard. I pretty much stuck to reading this one. I feel if she would just read the book in her own voice and not attempt to act out each character's voice, it would have been better.
Sorry... This could just be my hearing and others may feel she is great.
The story is great! Very full of action as well as twists & turns you just don't see coming. Loved it!

Audio Needs editing!
Revisado: 06-25-14
What disappointed you about The Reckoning?
All three books have the same Narrator, who has a fine voice. However, his interpretation of some of the characters is not very good. And the repeats of lines is horrible! All it would have taken is some editing to fix these and I would have given him a 3. But, since so many lines or parts of lines were repeated, several instances come up where he cleared his voice. I finally had to revert to reading a large portion of it. I plan to get my money back on these because its not worth keeping these in my library!
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Reckoning?
Great story overall. I really enjoyed the end. It was well done.
How could the performance have been better?
Edit the Audio!!!
What character would you cut from The Reckoning?
The narrator!!
Any additional comments?
Edit the Audio!
