This book only teaches you the definition of LLC, limited liability, partnership etc... literally just the definition that I can find on google. Only the first 15 minutes of this 3-4 hour book talks about this. The rest of the time it’s about how to market, customer analysis and a few other things that is so generic that a middle schooler would be like duh. I bought this book to learn incorporating and that’s it. I’m going to ask for a refund
