Legitimate therapist with interesting approach. Good narrator. Worth a listen if you are into self improvement that is NOT hippie, love thyself and everything will be better.

Well researched, informative
Revisado: 06-24-16
Story line becomes a little slow at times, nothing speeding up the audio can't fix though.
