This book was so helpful for me as a new wholesaler. I listened to it several times while driving/sleeping/gyming and took notes. Gonna apply these principles TODAY and close my 1st wholesale deal in less time than I expected. This book will help build your self-belief and confidence to take on the market. No excuses to NOT close a deal after reading this book. Shoutout to Todd Flemming.
