I only listen for 2 hours. No real mention on the economic warfare that the federal government had been doing to South Carolina with its tariffs and taxes. If you selectively pick your facts is it really non-fiction?

Fantastic fresh story

BV and Mark have set the bar pretty high to try and partner again and write a sci-fi story with a male lead. They have really done a great job. Fresh story that doesn’t sound like the undying series AND Mark doing a great job mixing them up to be fresh as well. Story length is similar with other series by BV so no surprise.

Does a great job laying out the Real Estate cycle and how it relates to the rest of the world(of finance). I’m reminded of the book The secrets of Real Estate and banking by Philip J Anderson. Also good and much longer. Give it a try I think you be happy you did.
