I am certainly not a fan of the title. As a counselor, I have to recommend a book that has a non-distinguished title. But, the content is excellent. Having dealt with and counseled people with anxiety & panic attacks for years, this is the most concise, helpful book out there, albeit the principles have been around for millennia, it is worded in a simple, straight-forward way. Thank you.
