Historia
In times of illness, anxiety, or sorrow, when hope is most elusive, the Bible stands as a beacon of eternal solace and strength. There is much to be learned about suffering, its meaning and its impermanence, from both Testaments. Selections from Romans, Job, and Psalms are among the many passages that will help you understand and transcend pain by reaffirming God's purpose and fortifying your faith when it is most severely challenged.

It's the first time I've ever endeavored to read a book with my ears. I was surprised at how well it kept my attention. I'm having some difficulty with my eyes and audible maybe the way I'm going to have to go. But I thought this was done very well. I actually believe I retained more by listening then reading. I'm 64 and I've been studying Scripture off and on most of my life. I am a Christian who claims to be born again by the very Spirit of God. I know the story of Jesus and I thought Mr O'Reilly & and Mr Dugard did an excellent job of telling the history surrounding the biblical account. But I wasn't that surprised, because of the respect and admiration I have for Mr Bill O'Reilly. I tune into him most evenings. I thought as an orator he did an A plus job. I had no problem listening to him, & I don't recall him ever stumbling or mispronouncing, or anything. I realize there's editing with it, but still a very excellent job. Plus I went through the book faster then I would have reading it probably because of the problem I'm having with my eyes and my ability to concentrate due to some physical ailments that I have and the amount of medicines I have to take. So I'm very excited about starting another book. Thank you so much. I would recommend this to anybody. But you did this one fella here a very big favor and opened up a whole new avenue for me to travel down. I was quite worried about not being able to read anymore. So to whom it may concern, and Mr Dugard and Mr O'Reilly, I thank you so very very much. And God bless you. I hope this story moved upon your own hearts and caused you to ponder the Truth.
