Historia
Shep McKenney has spent his life seeking what we all seek—happiness. In A Life’s Work he candidly shares his experiences of “having it all” in his professional and personal life yet feeling profoundly unfulfilled. Having all he knew to want, what was missing? This intimate memoir examines that question and its surprising answer.

Shepard McKenney‘s very brave and forthright telling of his story is captivating from start to finish. Following his inner and outer journeys to find contentment, I could relate to experiences and events in my own life, where I could’ve taken a different turn. I had so many aha! moments and appreciated his encouragement, not to look back and regret, but to look at the present moment, and decide, with clarity and intention, to use my brain to work for me, instead of against me. Incorporating culture, spirituality, science, psychology, and common sense I now recognize the tools. I’ve always had to be the person I want to be. I read the paper back twice and have now listen to the audiobook multiple times. A must read.
