Big bargain bundle but

For heavens sake put a story index -half the stories are not named except in the spoken text
This is a problem because many are in other collections on big finish and that leads to duplicate buying
There are a couple great stories and a couple of yawners most of them decent The stories hinge on Amy RoryDoctor dynamics; a couple writers cliche them to death, a couple just make them generic companions

For the price it’s a good deal but an index snd way to make notes on each story would be welcome

If Tom Baker and Katy Manning did Monty Python

Too silly to make serious comparisons
But their fun is infectious and as I said it was deliciously pythonesque

Only for dedicated to Tom or Katy fans
They have taken their signature comedic forms and pushed them to the limit of outrageousness

If you are looking for a story story it’s not much
But Tom and Katy camping it up max are a fun ride to listen to just for the fun

Never liked the peladon stories
Tho I like Pertwee, this is not his best

Nick Courtney and Sophie Aldred stories are very enjoyable and all 5 Stars

Worth it for that
If the first actual doctor ones bore you skip to them

Enjoyable time with Elizabeth Slayden

Some of the stories were better than others
Reading fine
As a fan of Elizabeth Slayden it was enjoyable to spend time with her
Her genuine goodness radiates through and she made the world a better place
I wish she had not been taken from us too soon
And I wish she could have read her autobiography through audible
I will probably listen to these stories again in years to come just to spend time with a lovely person

Very enjoyable book and a reading thst sometimes made me smile

It seems so appropriate that the one time I met Poul, was at a small science fiction convention with a lot of SCA crossover. For our benefit he came dressed in his SCA garb and told us tales of the Current Middle Ages

So my memory, as I listened, is of this charming man in the anachronistic garb of one of the first knights of the SCA, Sir Bela of Eastmarch

It was a joy to rediscover three hearts and three lions, after many years, and much different to close my eyes and heard the tale properly told. Thanks to all, especially Poul, for this

Quirky enjoyable unexpected

Lots of places you can’t help smiling
Rose is not developed a lot
Not a deep or deeply moving story
But a nerdy steampunky quirky hoot of a story that holds you -
Kevin is brilliant
DT IS WONDERFUL and drags you with him on a romp and drops you off satisfied
I could listen to him read the phone book
If you are a DT fan, you will enjoy it

A very kind and gentle appreciation of a father by his son.

A very enjoyable sharing of his fathers life by his son. Told with love, kindness, and appreciation. It held my interest straight through, and was over too soon, as was PT.

A great deal of information about PT during his Dr Who time that fills in the holes. I will rewatch some of the episodes with better understanding and appreciation.

The difficult and painful parts are told with exquisite kindness and compassion.

I have never read or heard any memoir like it, because it is as much the son’s memoir as the fathers biography.

DT has done a wonderful heart touching job.

Highly recommended.
