This can be a quick listen but is best enjoyed in small digestible portions as it is densely packed with practical tips and inspirational ideas. Miss Deol's book does an excellent job of explaining how to better balance one's life against the many digital distractions we all face today while finding the right balance between mental health and physical health. It also contains grounded advice on how to be a better person and positive ways to share your life with your loved ones. I'd advise you listen for ten or twenty minutes a day and take notes, then implement the ideas that apply to you. The 7 Pillars of Wellness is full of excellent tools on how to live a much happier and healthier lifestyle and is well researched and reasoned. It is very well worth the cost especially if you slow down long enough to implement the wisdom contained within.
