I've loved Poe since I was a child!

Another great book by LKH!

I've been reading about Anita Blake almost since the beginning, and 20+ years later I still love this series! I've been more than half in love with Jean Claude for longer than I've even known my husband. Then later on, Nathaniel (*love-sick sigh*) Though the dynamics has changed (in some ways drastically) since those first books, I still look forward to each one and will probably be a fan for life!
I'm so glad Rafael finally got a story with more involvement of him. I've always thought that he needed more character development, and it was awesome and surprising how much we didn't know about the Rodere and the magic we didn't even know they had!
I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kimberly Alexis!! I have tried to make sure most, if not all, of the Anita audiobooks I have are narrated by her. When she's reading the books they really come alive for me! If you haven't read all of the other books by LKH, you definitely should! But if you got this book before reading/listening to the others, I think you'd still enjoy this one!

I'M GOING TO MISS THIS SERIES!!!

I've loved this series from the first to the last and this book was worth it! Mike didn't go out with a whimper. If you've read the other books of this series then make sure you listen all the way to the end! The author's note is an excellent insight into how these books came together. All the trials and pitfalls along the way. I'm so glad that Mark Tufo was encouraged into keeping this story going!!

I've loved Mark Tufo's stories since Fallout 1 and I've read/listened to everything involving Mike since. Sean Runnette is an excellent narrator and easily keeps you in the story through good times and bad! Definitely recommend this series!

First of all I've gotta say, James McAvoy's voice is SO sexy! I hadn't read the book before but I really enjoyed the audio book. The cast of characters were phenomenal! The story was so entertaining! I might have to look into more books by Neil Gaimon

I've read this book before on Kindle, but I just HAD to hear it!! I enjoy the accents of the narrators, but the MC is supposed to be American. That's my ONLY criticism. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

"She was no Sean Runnette..."

The humor in these books is the perfect counterbalance to the action and drama, and makes these books so addictive to me. Oh and Trip! That guy would drive me nuts, but I'd love him too! I think it's telling how divisive Mike is, people either seem to love him or hate almost at first meeting. He's got his family, and his extended family, but most of the time his enemies don't last long. Deneaux is... not human or something.
My kids walked in on me listening to the epilogue, and thankfully I was at least able to tell them some of it. Apparently, I was laughing loud enough to be heard in the other room!

Wanted: rich bus boy

First of all, I have to say I LOVE the combo of Kylie Scott and Andi Arndt!!!! Andi Arndt as a narrator is always a treat. Her voice is so expressive! And somehow you always know which character is speaking, she never breaks character.
I always love books by Kylie Scott. She takes you on an emotional journey, but in a way that you don't mind. Her stories are full of ups and downs, and laughter and sadness (I'm not actually one of those women who cry over books or movies). She doesn't stay in the doldrums for too long, nor does she get too overly dramatic in the situations that her characters get in to. I think this what keeps her books so light and fun, even though they still have tension and conflict that every story needs.
This is a stand alone HEA, but I personally started my love of all things Kylie Scott with Lick from the Stage Dive series. My favorite of hers is probably Flesh of the Flesh series, with zombies. I do love me some paranormal romance, especially when it's M/F/M. If you haven't read any of her other books, you definitely should!

Tripping with Trip

Loved this book. The only books I've ever struggled to get through by Mark Tufo were the Tim books, but anything with Mike has been gold!! It was interesting to meet a different BT, a little sad to think he and Mike weren't friends. Still, I swear, at times Mark Tufo has a straight line to my funny bone.
