I was finding that I set some pretty big goals for 2020 but I always found myself not being as effective during my work week as I would have liked. I was doing a lot of busy work, but at the end of the day, I wanted to stay sharp and actually get stuff done! I will share with my management team as this is one of the best management books I've read in many years.

Hay explicaciones claras del tiempo para un ayuno ... no tienes que saltar directamente a un ayuno de 16 horas. Me gustó la forma en que presentó los cuadros con recetas dependiendo del tiempo de ayuno elegido. Este es un libro bien investigado que enseña técnicas paso a paso. Muy informativo e interesante, así como útil. Apoyo el ayuno, lo hago yo mismo y recomiendo este libro.

m a baseball guy so maybe that is why, but I’ve read the first three in less than a month. He’s very much like Jon Gordon, in a good way, but specific to athletics. Not that Gordon is not, but both of their storytelling ability is superb. I really liked it, and recommend it to anyone.
