Historia
Wildlife and monsters have been stirred from their homes by intruders, both in the continent of Chandrar and the Empire of Tiqr, led by Nsiia, the Empress of Beasts, and in Liscor's dungeon, where a certain skeleton continues to help both friend and foes in the only way he knows how. In Liscor, the election will result in a new group of leaders for the city. But is that for the better or worse?

Historia
Of course, if there were only one thing under Liscor, there would be far less to fear. However, the dungeon continues to be a threat. At the same time, Goblins continue to roam northern Izril, but not all of them are as hostile to people as Tremborag or the Goblin Lord. Will the Unseen Emperor of Riverfarm make that distinction, however? A reckoning is coming as old faces and new reemerge. And all the while, The Wandering Inn is still serving food and respite and even plays to adventurers and Antinium alike. But something is coming from the dungeons. And it—they—are hungry.

Another great addition

I've been listening to all these books since the beginning. this is another fantastic title, although I will admit this one had a bit of a poor start towards the beginning. Author tends to be a little bit too sappy with the characters. Still, love it.

A fun couple of stories!
Revisado: 01-20-24
This fits well into the litRPG genre, and if you are fond of isekai and overpowered protagonists this story is for you. the unique twist in this one is that the characters aren't in total control of their body's. Very interesting premise, which gives this somewhat overused trope a fresh twist.

Historia
Dorky, socially awkward entomology student Evelyn wakes up one morning to find herself as some sort of alien-human hybrid trapped on an unknown planet. Once the initial panic winds down, she quickly learns she's capable of producing more of herself: additional bodies all sharing one mind. Being well-versed in sci-fi tropes, she quickly resolves to not devour the planet and turn into an unflinching biological armada, and instead uses her new powers to try and help as many people as possible. Unfortunately, it turns out that helping people is often very, very difficult.

This corky story quickly gets existentially deep. Don't be fooled by the cover.
Revisado: 12-24-23
I was really thoroughly pleased with this book by the end of it, but I have to admit there were bits that lagged. I thought that the plot was surprisingly rich and complex once it started getting into the extra sapient characters. That's when my attention really got grabbed. overall I think this book was very well written and thought out, at least when the author got up to speed with where the direction of the book was going. By the first introduction of extra characters things really got interesting fast. I will say the constant change of time and perspective was somewhat confusing for the book. If you can make into the end you'll understand why the author structured it that way. This was a truly interesting book to listen to.

Historia
In the digital age, information controls the world. It can reshape not only how we think, but our very way of life. However, this information is not merely limited to what you see on a computer screen. Within Dale's world, such world-altering information can come from almost everywhere, even from beyond the world itself.

Another wonderful addition to a hugely convoluted story. I like it though.
Revisado: 12-13-23
This is the latest in Justin Miller's world keeper series, and I've been following for quite some time. basically, if you like the other stories in the series you'll enjoy this one as well. My overall assessment is that, though seemingly disjointed and random, the world keeper series is full of so many delightful individual moments. The characters are so endearing and if you start reading you will probably get invested into the series. My only critique of the world keeper series is that there is seemingly no main plot.
World keeper is strangely slice of life and at the same time not. if I had one critique for the main story line it's that it doesn't seem to have any particular direction that the author's pursuing, just disjointed happenstance. Many of the deeper mysteries hes created in his world building have barely been touched on, and this is his tenth book. One wonders if will ever discover just why the world keeper system exists!
Subaki is my favorite character. I want to scritch her ears but she's probably kill me.
