This is not a how-to audiobook. This is not the latest and greatest dieting plan. This audiobook is the necessary companion for you to use alongside whatever healthy lifestyle plan you choose. This is an audiobook and Bible study to help you find the "want to" in making healthy lifestyle choices.

Amazing, full of thought provoking ideas. A great depiction of the struggle. At the end, I was wishing for more

Historia
Chaol Westfall has always defined himself by his unwavering loyalty, his strength, and his position as the captain of the Guard. But all of that has changed since the glass castle shattered, since his men were slaughtered, since the king of Adarlan spared him from a killing blow, but left his body broken. His only shot at recovery lies with the legendary healers of the Torre Cesme in Antica - the stronghold of the southern continent's mighty empire.

it was a an interesting change of pace,Also was good to see that Maas doesn't forget a single character she introduces even if they don't show back up till 6 books later.
