Excellent book on meditation

This explains how and why to meditate and the potential benefits that can be gained. The guided meditations are a good companion but a separate purchase.

Amazing story!

I loved this story of the hardships and wonders of traveling the world on two wheels. The narrator was great. I’ve listened to a lot of books on traveling the world by motorcycle but this is the first by a woman. The first woman to achieve it and in the pre-internet world. It’s definitely a different perspective worth hearing.

Amazing motorcycle journey!

This has to be one of the best motorcycle adventure books, especially if you like history. In 1919 the “highways” from New York to California were mostly dirt. While this sarcastic Brit is thoroughly annoyed by parts of 1919 America he loves other parts that much more and expresses both with eloquence and good humor. Although I would probably annoy the crap out of him for saying that.

A great beginning!

This “prequel” series is equal in quality to the trilogy. Having two equal and opposite main characters so tightly bound like brothers working together throughout the storyline is brilliant and to my knowledge unique in the genre. I love the writing and narration of every book including Royce and Hadrian. It’s excellent story telling.

Great for sleep

I've listened to Rachael Meddows for years to help me sleep. She helped me quit smoking and get more organized. I think she has the best voice and speech patterns in guided meditation./hypnotherapy. I like the variety of inductions and the instruction/affirmation content. This is guided meditation/ hypnotherapy. If you're looking for a how to book this is not it. This will help you sleep and improve your mindset if you let it.

Slower but worthwhile

Brilliant author and excellent narrator.

As great as the Stormlight series. I only wish he published faster, but he writes multiple books at the same time, I believe to avoid writer’s block. I think he shifts to another storyline when he gets stuck or loses steam. The narrator’s voice would be too soothing if he didn’t keep up the pace, intensity and act out the different characters with consistency and distinction. I’m very happy that he’s narrator for both series. I hope he narrates Sanderson’s other stories that I haven’t gotten to yet.
