Enzo woke up with a massive hangover and when he heard the woman's voice he glanced over his shoulder to see the three women in bed with him. In the light of day, he couldn't pretend that the blonde was Aurora no matter how much he wished it was true.

Because eleven years ago the mansion in the Hamptons blew up with Aurora and her parents inside. Angelo had shot him and left him for dead, but after waking from a six-month coma Rex told him that he couldn't save her.

He pulled Rex’s invitation out of the inside pocket of his jacket glaring at the the bold letters that read Don Alfera requiring his presence at the Masquerade Ball. Rex was the new Don Alfera. After Exzo's father had abdicated his throne as leader of the five families leaving the mafia life behind, Rex's father not wanting to take the chance that Enzo would fight for his birthright told Angelo to make sure his death was made to look an accident.

He didn't care about the throne. Rex was welcome to it. But he would never forgive Rex for letting Aurora die that night.

I absolutely loved Aurora and Enzo's story! Although I read book one of this duet I listened to book two in audio and I now wish I would have also listened to book one as these narrators are amazing! This is the first time I have listened to either of these narrators but they were perfect as Aurora and Enzo.

Dane Anderson brought Enzo to life with his grief, anger and passion. Rose Dioro gave us Aurora's despair and fear. Every emotion was brought through with both of these narrators. I look forward to listening to both in the future!

This is the final book of the Fallen Raven duet so if you haven't read/listened to book 1 stop now and do so or you won't understand the depth of pain these two have suffered.

This book starts out with a 'WAIT, WHAT???' So so many twists to this emotional story! Each relevation leads to more questions as you try to connect the dots. Let's just say that I am now even more interested in starting the series than before. But why? Well, there are too many spoilers, but I will say that this book will take you through the emotional wringer!

This book is action-packed, full of danger, intrigue, secrets and betrayal. And it will light up your Kindle in the heat factor. Beware if you have issues with reading about graphic violence or human trafficking. Highly recommend this book, narrators and the author!

Zachary is at the Timberbeast Tavern and Rocco's look tells him that he is not getting served another tequila. He wasn't totally drunk but he would definitely be walking home even though it was pouring outside. He didn't need his brother Garrett to arrest him for drunk driving.

Saturday nights could either be fun or boring and as he glances around the bar tonight is definitely boring. His brother Garrett was with some other off-duty deputies... no fun there. But there were two girls at a table that looked interesting. Unlike what the town rumors said he didn't sleep around. He just liked to flirt and these girls weren't from Tilikum. This could be fun.

He is talking and joking around with them when the door opens and his sister Annika enters with her friends Isabelle and Audrey. He focuses on the door and waits to see if Marigold walks in.

Marigold... his sister's best friend since childhood.

Marigold... the girl he avoided after she found out someone paid him to take her to the prom.

Marigold... the woman who thinks he hates her because all he has done for years is avoid her. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Zachary blurrily answers his phone wondering who would be calling him this early. Joe Rodriguez needed him to check out a light fixture at one of his properties. It wasn't until he hung up that he realized which property. The only property that Joe owned on Main Street was Timeless Beauty. Marigold's salon.

After Marigold points out the electrical panel and bathroom Zachary plans to replace the light fixture and get out as soon as he can. But why is he on the floor instead of the ladder? And in massive pain? He knows he turned off the breaker, but the next thing he knows he is being transported to the hospital.

All he can think is that he could have died. And he had never told Marigold how he felt. He was determined that another day wouldn't go by without her knowing that he loved her. But, then he overhears her talking to his mom and Annika about her perfect date the night before. He didn't know who Preston was, but he wasn't taking away Zachary's chance to finally have Marigold.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This book can be read as a standalone, but these characters are recurring and intertwined and you will totally fall in love with Tilikum and its resident squirrel population if you read not only book one of this series but also the Bailey Brothers series where we first meet the Haven family as the Baileys and Havens feud winds through the history of Tilikum.

Zachary is one of seven children from a Brady bunch family. Both of his parents had three sons and then came Annika. Zachary is the impulsive hot-headed brother especially after having one too many tequilas. I died laughing after a particular outcome from a drunken night. Teddy Hamilton narrates Zachary in this story and he does an amazing job bringing Zachary to life.

Marigold has always dreamed of having a Mr. Darcy sweep her off her feet and when Preston turns up she thinks her dreams are coming true. A true gentleman and she is truly swept off her feet on their first date. Until Zachary decides to sabotage their relationship. But dreams sometimes turn into nightmares. Samantha Brentmoor's Marigold is full of spunk and insecurities.

Desiree Ketchum is the perfect Brielle. Full of innocence and vulnerabilities. Giving this story even more edge.

This book is action-packed, full of danger and suspense and smoking hot. I fell in love with Claire Kingsley with the Bailey brothers and continued with the Miles Family and Jetty Beach, but the Havens series has to be my favorite yet and that is saying something. All of her books are small-town romances with endearing characters, but the Haven Family series brings in spine-chilling danger that will have you turning the pages to find out the answers to the mystery.

This book is full of twists and shocking revelations! Definitely the best Tilikum book yet and these narrators really brought the story and these characters to life. The pranks carry on and it was wonderful to see previous enemies working together. I highly recommend this book and especially the audiobook version. There wasn't a teaser, but I am hoping that Garrett's story is next.

Kelly had to wake up his brother Bray as soon as he snuck back into the house. He was so excited to tell him about 'doing it' for the first time. He had other brothers, one in seminary to become a priest so he definitely couldn't share his news there, and he felt closer to Braydon than the others.

He raced downstairs the next morning excited to get to school to see Rachel again when his mother stopped him in his tracks telling him she knew what he was up to and he had better knock it off. He tried to deny any wrongdoing, but she narrowed her eyes telling him she could tell when her sons were up to no good and in all his years he had stumbled downstairs like a zombie and had never raced to go anywhere in the morning, especially to school.

The next weekend his father called him in before he could rush to meet friends telling him that Rachel's father had called him about her sneaking out at night and to inform him that since she had gotten caught it wouldn't be happening anymore. After speaking with Rachel's father he thought about Kelly's sister Sheilagh and how he would feel if she had snuck out to meet some punk and Kelly realized that he would kill anyone trying to mess with his sister.

Then his father looked him in the eye and told him that he knew that his five sons did stupid crap, but that Kelly needed to make sure that he realized his actions had consequences and that his mother was upset and bought him condoms. He would prefer that his sons practice abstinence but he knew they were young and they would prefer him to be safe than having a child when he was in high school with someone he didn't intend to spend his life with. Above all his father demanded that he never mislead anyone with a future that he didn't plan to give.

Kelly learned at the age of fourteen when he first slept with a girl that it meant something different to girls and he never made the mistake again of not making it clear there was no future involved. Until he met Lexi. Lexi turned the tables on him... after a night at a party she was appalled that he kissed her at the lockers the next day. Saying she had plans for her future and everyone knew that all he was good for was a good time... he was no one's future.

So ten years and many women later Kelly lived up to his reputation. The bad boy who could guarantee a girl a good time. His Aunt Colleen was the only one who saw beyond the facade of what he could be and offered him ownership of the family pub, O'Malley's, but he had to earn it.

I loved this story! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I would highly suggest that you read this series from the beginning as the characters are recurring and several of Kelly's siblings have their own POV is this story that gives you even more insight into this family.

Kelly is one of seven siblings to a very vocal and interfering Irish family. Not even his family sees him as anything but a playboy out for a good time. A poker game, a family bet and his life flips upside down.

Ashlynn has had a crush on Kelly since they went to school and ten years later she comes into the pub just to stare at the gorgeous man she would never have a future with. Why would he be interested in the shy, wallflower, town virgin who didn't know anything outside of farming?

This book is action-packed from beginning to end. I listened to the audiobook version of this story narrated by David Allen Vargo and I don't think I have enjoyed an audiobook as much as this one!

This is the first time I have listened to David Allen Vargo and I could listen to him all day as he does impersonations of characters. He is total entertainment as he does over ten different voice adaptations in this story and they transition throughout perfectly. His emotional pitch is perfection and I love his background and sound effects.

If you want a steamy hot, small-town romance look no further! Highly recommend this story and am looking forward to listening to this narrator again in the future!

The long, icy winter took a huge toll on the road up the mountain to their property and as Finnigan got out of his truck he looked at his tire in disgust. It was so torn up that there was no fixing it. As he grabbed the lug wrench and the donut he jerked in surprise at the sound of grunting. Was someone making out in the woods? On his family's private property? He didn't think so!

He dropped his tools and took off towards the sound and wham... a heaving woman just ran smack into him making his nose bleed. Why was she here and what was she running from?

Mallory hadn't realized that she had run so far from the park running path and was beyond embarrassed at nearly running over the man before her. Not only was he gorgeous, but she was not. Hence the running. She hated running.

Mallory had just moved to the small mountain town from Philadelphia. Her friends didn't understand why she took a job in the middle of nowhere, but she couldn't take it anymore. She had tons of friends, but their lives now revolved around their weddings, new husbands and babies. She was beyond mortified to find she was the only single woman for the bouquet toss for the last wedding.

The nail in the coffin was when her doctor called her fat and if she didn't make a lifestyle change immediately there would be serious health consequences to deal with. As soon as she got home she hit the job ads for anywhere at least two hours away. Her plan was to move away, lose her extra weight and return home as a new slimmer woman.

Now she is standing in front of a gorgeous man in a flannel and workboots with her limp hair and sweat pouring down her overweight body. Way to start her new life. To make her feel even worse when she saw him at the grocery store two weeks later he looked at her like he had never seen her before. Her self-esteem just fell lower which she didn't think was possible.

I loved this book! I listened to the audiobook narrated by the wonderful Lucinda Gainey and she did an amazing job bringing Finnegan and Mallory's story to life. This is book two in the McCullough Mountain series and although it has its own HEA, this series revolves around the seven McCullough siblings and they are an active part in each story in this series. I highly recommend you start this series from the beginning.

Mallory just wants carbs, but is determined to do what she needs to get healthy. But she hates every step she runs and every delicious bite of food she gives up. Finn is determined to show Mallory that she is more than just a number on a scale.

This book is action-packed, full of rowdy fun having such a large family and smoking hot. I loved revisiting this family and can't wait to see what is in store for the remaining siblings. I highly recommend that you listen to the audiobook version. I have had the pleasure of listening to several audiobooks narrated by Lucinda Gainey and I love the depth of her voice and her characterizations. One of my favorite narrators.

This is the first time I have listened to Anne Tolpegin and she did an amazing job bringing this story to life! This is a very emotional story that tears at your heart reading it and Anne's narrative carries it all through and so much more.

Julian woke up with what felt like a marching band in his head. Then memories of the night before vaguely surface... the pills, drugs and alcohol. Then a redhead groans in her sleep beside him... what was her name? There had been so many it was hard to remember. He still didn't know how he ended up here. From playing acoustic guitar in front of a small crowd to staying in a penthouse suite with its own swimming pool singing before a Vegas crowd of over 30k screaming fans.

When he throws off the covers he notices the woman sitting on the couch facing the bed. Now her name he remembered... Rebecca. She has been stalking him for the last six months trying for a hookup and despite his refusal and trying to avoid her at all costs, she had turned into his very own Kathy Bates. The girl is barely 18 and clearly off her rocker. Now she is pulling out a gun and the next thing he knows there is brain splatter on his cheek and after killing the woman beside him, she turns the gun on herself.

Sophie Quinn is drinking her coffee and watching Entertainment News and the reporter's update on her series ‘Where in the world is Julian Sommers?’ It has been two years since he disappeared from the public eye after the tragedy in his hotel room. Sophie could understand how someone could go a little nuts over the gorgeous man with the glazier blue eyes in the photo, but she was done with men.

She left her husband six months ago after he almost strangled her to death. She had put up with his kinky demands doing anything to please him, but he had finally pushed her past her limits. When she realized how close she had come to dying she left and bought a small house in the mountains.

Sophie is walking on the wooded path between her house and the community when she runs into a huge mountain man. He has a long shaggy beard and hair, wearing a ragged John Deere hat, dirty flannel shirt and pants, but looking into his brown eyes she didn't feel threatened. Unlike with her husband, she felt safe in his presence.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I don't know what I expected, but this book was so much different from the Sara Browne series, and as much as I loved Sara's story this book is now my favorite.

This book is action-packed from the start. It is full of danger and suspense with major twists and turns as Sophie struggles to deal with an abusive husband only to find out secrets about not only their relationship but other life-changing secrets. I really hated turning the last page of this book. Highly recommend!

Nicole has moved back home with her parents temporarily in Jetty Beach after walking in on her boyfriend with another woman. Her friend takes her out for drinks and she almost falls flat on her face drunk until saved by Ryan who has definitely grown up. She almost didn't recognize him. He's a photographer and she is an event planner.

Both their mothers have volunteered them to help with the annual art festival since the previous organizer is in his 80s now and unable to organize due to health issues. Only to arrive at the committee meeting and find out they are the only ones on the committee.

I laughed so hard when her friend Melissa took her on a girl's trip! I felt her pain!!! LOL! This story hits you in the heart with both Nicole dealing with a cheating boyfriend and Ryan dealing with major issues.

I love reading Nicole and Ryan's story when this book was released, but listening to Samantha Brentmoor & Jacob Morgan brought back the reasons I loved this series. It is my first time listening to these narrators and I loved them both.

Samantha & Jacob both represent these characters perfectly. The emotions and vulnerabilities. Highly recommend this book, audiobook and anything Claire Kingsley. I hope to hear these narrators in the future.

Sophie is sitting on a bar stool at the college bar where she has been waiting for two hours when she finally sees the man enter the bar and is surprised at how gorgeous he is. She waits until he is almost out the door with his mark when she follows him into the dark alleyway.

Sophie as a Hunter. It was her heritage and she was born with everything she needed to detect, track and kill vampires. And the best thing was that the vampires couldn't detect her. Only other hunters and their maker had that advantage. So he never saw her coming.

She and her best friend Silas, a fellow hunter, were called to a meeting with the Elder of the Magi who explained that there was a power struggle among the vampire community. The rogue vampires were creating vampires with the sole purpose of killing other vampires. Their job was to find these sociopaths and kill them and then he introduced their liaison... Victor - the oldest Vampire in their Order.

I loved this book. It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This book is action packed with a surprising twist.

I listened to the audiobook version of this story narrated by the duo Teena Scott & Dom Jonson. I love these narrators. Teena has a strong voice that is full of emotion and has a great transition in characters. Dom is a cross between Sam Elliott & James Earl Jones... you know that type of voice you can just sit and listen to. He does a wonderful job as a vampire.

What I especially love about these narrators is that they do all the male/female voices throughout this audiobook. In other dual-narrated books whichever POV is telling that chapter will usually do the voices of both sexes and although I do understand the reasoning behind this it makes an audiobook so much more enjoyable when the narrators take on all the male or female parts.

I highly enjoyed listening to this story and highly recommend both the book and the narrators.

Sadie was new to town and really needed her waitress job at the Porthole Inn. But, when a creepy guy grabs her wrist after leering and making suggestive comments her whole shift she's had enough and plants one to his nose. Instead of taking her side from being assaulted, she is fired from hitting a customer. Evidently, being sued is more important than the safety of the workers. Clover and Cody saw the exchange and Clover got one of her tingling feelings on the spot since they needed a server at the restaurant she worked at.

Gabe is the chef and restaurant owner of Ocean's Mark the finest restaurant on the coast. He is surprised when he looks up and sees a new server. A server he didn't hire. Then Clover proceeds to tell him how it was fate that she hired her. When Clover asks isn't she cute he responds 'why would it matter that a server who worked for him was cute?' Clover responds 'so we agree?'. 'What?' 'That she works for you.' How can you argue with Clover's logic?

When a gourmet magazine wants to do a full feature on his restaurant Gabe is not thrilled as it focuses too much on his private life and single status. Little does he know it could also be dangerous.

This is the final book in the Jetty Beach series and Gabe and Sadie are an amazing finish to such a wonderful series. I love Sadie's strength and am so sad for what she has suffered. Gabe may be a gorgeous sexy grump, but he is very protective of those he loves. The emotions fly off these pages....terror, fear, lust, love. Another amazing series by Claire Kingsley!

I have read this book previously, but hearing it narrated by Vanessa Edwin & Lee Samuels really brought home this emotional story. My tastebuds actually watered as Gabe's passion for cooking returned as he scoured the marketplace. And Vanessa Edwin was perfect in portraying Sadie's fear and helplessness.

It is the first time I have listened to either of these narrators and I hope to hear more books narrated by these two in the future!

Ian Beckett was distracted from the football sailing by his head by the girl walking near the field. Her hair was almost white with a black strip near her forehead. She was a poster girl in her Volclain Academy uniform. A poster he wished was on the wall in his bedroom.

But, then he watches in horror when he realizes who she is heading towards. He takes off running hoping to intercept Finn Berkshire who is also heading her way. She doesn't realize the war she has just walked into or that she has picked the wrong side.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I love Ian and Harlow and all of the secondary characters - Chase, Archie, Everett, Molly and Raven. And there are definitely those who you hate - Finn, Aurora and her gang.

Ian is the King of Volclain Academy and Quarterback. Ian knew he was a class A jerk, but didn't care, but he had claimed Harlow as his the first day of school and he was bound to follow The Rules no matter how much he wished otherwise.

Harlow is determined to be Molly's friend no matter how much torture the bullies of Volcain Academy decided to dish out. She will not let them win.

This book is action packed from page one! This dark romance is full of triggers - violence, bullying, drug abuse, alcohol addiction, grief & PTSD. If you want a steamy hot antihero romance this is definitely the book for you. Jordan Grant gives you a book full of danger, intrigue and smoking hot chemistry.

This book is narrated by Lula Larkin and she was amazing! You forget that it is a woman narrating when Ian's POV is given she does such a wonderful job doing a male narrative.
I had read this series previously and Lula Larkin really brought these characters and this story to life! Highly recommend this narrator and this series!

I loved this trilogy! Kinsley made a mistake that almost ruined her life and losing all confidence she agreed to give her father and grandfather complete control of all the important choices in her life. Which included them choosing her husband...the man who would run their family business instead of her.

She was a model and studied at Yale, but these were choices that were made for her. Because she was always wrong. But they made the worse decision of all. The man they had hand selected to take over the family business and be Kinsley's husband was an undercover FBI agent determined to take them down.

This story is action packed from book one and continues throughout the trilogy. Kinsley has a ton of growing up to do and she may have confidence in her body because of her modeling career, but that is where her confidence stops. She is so scared of making the wrong decision that she ends up giving those decisions to others.

Killian went undercover five years before to take down the Felton family and ended up falling in love putting his career in danger.

This series is narrated by Keira Stevens and Wen Ross and they did an amazing job bringing this story and characters to life. Keira portrayed Kinsley and her emotions perfectly and although Wen did an awesome job bringing Killian to life, I could listen to him read the dictionary and be perfectly content.

This story is smoking hot and covers subject matter that may be triggering...torture, human trafficking, and others.

This is the first time I've read (listened to...) Ella Miles and I truly loved his writing style and characters. The story kept me engaged and wanting more! Highly recommend this story, author and narrators!
