Seems to be all about sex

I couldn’t get past chapter 3. No redeeming qualities were coming through for the 2 main characters. Outward appearance and hooking up seemed to be the running theme.
I didn’t like it. Sorry I wasted a credit on this.

The title is misleading. It is a guided meditation to help you focus on the person you are worrying about. There is no petition of prayer in this mediation. It is instead a guided visualization of a virtual heart to heart “ connection” with that person. If you are looking for a guided prayer, this is not it.
