A fantastic introduction to the realm of Greek mythology's gods and goddesses, in my opinion, is available in the book/audio Uncovering Greek Mythology. Although I've lately listened to a couple podcasts about the subject that have piqued my curiosity, I wanted to dive into an audio book on the subject, and I would highly recommend this as an excellent beginning point.

This workbook makes the assumption that the couple is motivated and eager to work on improving their relationship. I believe the book would be a helpful supplement for couples receiving professional therapy or in a class setting for couples with a leader to encourage writing, sharing of experiences, and debriefing of the exercises.
