I had read this book before I ever got the audiobook version and came in expecting a really fun listen. The narrator is great and leans into the lightheaded fun of the book. The best part of it is Octavious’ bat voice, which I was neither expecting nor prepared for and caused me to burst into giggles at work surrounded by people.

Aj Sherwood is one of my favorite authors, and I had already read this book, so I knew, going into it that I would enjoy this story. What I was not expecting was the three narrators and the way that when they spoke for one of the other MCs they would match the voice, cadence and accent used. It was absolutely fascinating to listen to and really turned what already was a treat in the form of a believable triad relationship written by a favorite of mine into a rare pleasure of listening to the three voice actors. I dearly hope they will be back for the second book.

I'm a huge fan of Meghan Maslow and was excited to see this book become an audiobook. Hopefully this is the start of the series being put into audiobooks. It's an entertaining short story that is very well read by the narrator.

I have not had a book read by Darcy Stark before but I will have to find more of his books, he did an excellent job, Fleshing out each character and making even the dwarven poetry it's own unique thing. I hope that he will be back for when Nico's book is made into an audiobook.

I bought this on impulse and I regret nothing. A great story with an excellent narrator, I listened to this in one go and then went and read the entire series on Kindle. really looking forward to the next in the series appearing as an audiobook.

A great, fun story that revolves around a wolf shifter and a tiger shifter, it's more Hatfield and Mccoy than Romeo and Juliet. Noah Harris always has fun stories that I enjoy and this one is no different. My only issue is that this book is unfinished.

I think this would probably have been better for me if I had read this, or if it had a different narrator. while I ended up thinking 'get on with it' very early on in the book, I don't know if that is because of the book or the way that the narrator was reading it.
They went through it very quickly, in what seemed like one giant run on sentence, often with a weird inflection on words that stretched out the last letter into an almost sing song that drove me crazy with annoyance. Along with the general sense that they had no interest in the book, was only reading it for the paycheck and didn't really care about what they were doing.
The audiobook version of this definitely could have used a director behind the scenes going 'Ok, go through this section only slow down, put some emotion into this, it's a sex scene not a funeral, and stop it with the thing you're doing at the end of the y's.'

I'm a large fan of this series, and was very excited to see that it was an audiobook. It doesn't disappoint, the story is well written, with fleshed out characters, an interesting plot, a believable relationship between the two MC's, and hot sex scenes.
The narrator does an excellent job, drawing you into the story and conveying the emotions of the characters very well, with one of the best brogue accents I've heard.

I have read the train wrecks that are Chuck Tingler's stories, and they're fun to read because of just how absolutely, deliberately awful they are. The audiobook is no different. Recommended for anybody who enjoys mocking terrible books or movies.

Of all the things that you could possibly say about this book, the short blurb written about it is possibly the most misleading thing you could have. This is a very dark themed book with no romance, sex that is at BEST considered highly dubious and it was given without any warning. It is poorly written, poorly read by a narrator who probably would rather be gargling rocks than reading it (I don't blame him one bit for that) and seems to believe that confusion, and terrified lust is a valid substitute for actual consent.

Reading the blurb for this book you might think that it is a short sex scene between a man and a man who can turn into a dinosaur. It's not. It's a sex scene for a man and a dinosaur. Don't get this book if you're not into bestiality.
