A wonderful story I was bored of at first … until it got unbelievably juicy, sexy, complicated, and important. A wonderful love story woven into the importance of pleasure and shedding judgement, & not giving up the good fight ever. A very very very satisfying story the world so desperately needed.

This is an epic tale filled with high stakes adventure, triumphs over impossible odds, exciting fight scenes, and yet still manages to hail beautifully by shining bright with complex personalities that interweave to create intriguing ever-changing relationships. It’s gold. Listen to it. You must!! The way the band comes together is so compelling, trust is their glue, and their honor. I love a good story like this that shows your word is your honor, and being honorable is all you really need. Your word is you. Entirely. I also adored the sheer infallible perseverance illustrated by the characters as well. Another aspect I enjoyed was the humor that is laced throughout, especially the humor impregnated with sexual innuendo. This book is nonstop action, it gives and gives and gives. And gives more.
Walt Allen is a genius in this audiobook. His ability to capture the personalities using his voice is utterly compelling, he brings these characters to life and adds to the sheer epic-ness of this novel. I highly highly highly recommend listening to this audiobook. It’s stellar, phenomenal, out of the park amazing!!!
