Thank Goodness It's Fiber: That's the name of the spunky group of fiber and needlework artists founded by Ivy McClellan, Kath's beloved grandmother. Though Ivy has recently passed on, the members still meet regularly at her fiber and fabric shop, The Weaver's Cat, which Kath has now inherited. Kept my attention
Revisado: 04-25-16
If you could sum up Last Wool and Testament in three words, what would they be?
It was a nice "read" and I enjoyed some of the twists and turns. It seemed to drag sometimes but then it would pick up again.

EXCELLENT INSIGHT-KEPT MY INTEREST
Revisado: 01-15-16
Would you consider the audio edition of 101 Great Answers to the Toughest Interview Questions to be better than the print version?
I don't think so. I bought the printed version as Christmas presents and would prefer to read and highlight and be able to go back for review
Have you listened to any of Ron Fry’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I enjoyed his reading. He added personality to a somewhat boring subject.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Not really. I would listen to it, then go back and relisten and learn something else.
Any additional comments?
I was hesitant to purchase a "self-help" book on audio because I thought it would be dry and boring. It was engaging and informative and kept my interest.

Historia
When he's apprised at the last minute of a mandatory meeting abroad, Stone Barrington rushes off to Europe for a whirlwind tour of business and, of course, pleasure. But from the start the trip seems to be cursed, plagued by suspicious "accidents" and unfortunate events, and some of Stone's plans go up in flames - literally. Not a believer in coincidence, Stone sets out to learn the true source of his curious misfortune and finds that what appeared to be bad luck may, in fact, have been a warning.

Disappointed
Revisado: 01-15-16
Would you try another book from Stuart Woods and/or Tony Roberts?
Absolutely!! Both the author and reader are among the best.
What was most disappointing about Stuart Woods’s story?
It had a weak plot and a horrible ending. I finally got my friend to listen to a book, on a recent road trip. I just couldn't get engaged in the story line, it seemed to drag. The ending was so disappointing and made my friend angry.I'm still hoping to engage him in other books.
Have you listened to any of Tony Roberts’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I've listened to all the Stuart Woods books that Tony has done and even bought some books that Tony has read and enjoyed all of them.
Was Foreign Affairs worth the listening time?
Of course, anything that Stuart and Tony do is worth listening to but this one was a little flat for me.

When Derrick Storm needed to leave the CIA, he couldn't just retire. He had to fake his own death. So when his former boss calls in an old favor that will bring Storm out of early retirement and back to Washington to investigate a high-profile kidnapping, he knows there must be more at stake than the life of a senator's son. Working alongside, but not exactly with, bombshell FBI investigator April Showers, Storm must make sense of a confusing flurry of ransom notes and a complicated web of personal relationships and international politics.

SURPRISING WONDERFUL
Revisado: 01-17-15
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Great book. As a Castle TV fan I was surprised to find Richard Castle/Derrick Storm books. Thoroughly enjoyed this and will be looking for others.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
Yes, there wasn't repetition in the story line and it flowed consistently. Fun and interesting sub plots.
What about Johnny Heller’s performance did you like?
Awesome! I'm particular about the narrator, especially when a man does it and has to reflect a female voice and vice versa. Johnny did an excellent job on changing his voice and made it following he story even easier.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
no, I listen in the car off my Garmin and it was very easy to pick up.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Inn at Rose Harbor?
The development of the characters was great and the occasional "Cedar Cove" character was nice but you didn't need to read the Cedar Cove books first.
Have you listened to any of Lorelei King’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
She flows through her books effortlessly. I love listening to everything she reads.
