This is one of the many books on audible that when you “sample” it all you get is an infoMercial about how awesome the book is. Then when you buy it it’s a huge let down. It’s just a guy reading an endless list of words with the same sense stress over and over for all eternity.

I bought this book because I wanted to learn about Fauci but shortly into the book I realized that it is just someone full of hate ranting about others who are full of hate delivering a political blow. Junk. I want my money back.

The narrator uses sense stress that would be appropriate to summarize a long thought EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE. After about 20 minutes of listening I started punching myself in the face over and over, and while this provided some relief I eventually had to stop listening all together. Also, this book shovels evolution down your throat every step of the way. I wanted to hear more about the Spanish flu and way less about humans losing their tails.
