I loved the deep dive into each president. A great mix of who they weee as humans, leaders, and commanders in chief. Just the right amount of content on each president. Objective and factual. Narration was great. A must read for anyone trying to make sense of the US and its politics.

Felt like there was a lot of anecdotes. Too many that outweighed facts and statistics.

Life changing read
Revisado: 12-21-22
I am a mental health therapist but also a person with a lot of metabolic disorders in my family. This book provided so much incredible info about how all these disorders are connected. I feel more equipped to support my clients dealing with mental illness. The author is so knowledgeable, provides relevant case studies and cares so deeply about this topic. If you or someone you love is dealing with any behavior, mental, or emotional disorders, you must read this book!

A thoughtful, real and witty story
Revisado: 01-28-18
I fell in love with the characters in this book! I was also impressed by the accuracy of the portrayal of mental health, the foster care system and parent child relationships. There are some heavy themes in this book. They are handled with a good mix of weight and levity.
